Industrial Rubber Products is committed to maintaining a Total Quality Program throughout all phases of its operation. The existing program represents an ongoing effort by the management and employees to continually reduce the variability in all processes and to produce the highest quality products for their customers. Reduced variability and process control results in cost savings for the customer as well as product confidence.

Investments for shop improvements, safety and health programs, training, and state-of-the-art capital equipment, are a priority.

Comprehensive Quality and Operating Manuals detail and define all operational functions and critical processes. The Quality Manual is divided into the following major categories, and all employees receive training in each category on an annual basis.

Another important element of our Quality Program is a traveler system that provides traceability of all material and finished goods throughout all phases of the rubber lining process. Several inspection points located throughout all critical process steps are in place and routinely utilized. A partial listing of these inspections include:

• Incoming Inspection of Raw Materials
• Inspection of all Received Steel Products to be Lined & Imbeds for Molding
• Inspection of Pre-cured, Post-cured, and Deliverable Rubber Lining and Urethane Castings
• Inspection and Compliance according to SSPC and ASTM Specs of Sandblasted Surfaces
• Constant Temperature, Relative Humidity, and Dew Point Measurement
• Inspection and Evaluation of Sandblasting Media Relative to Oil or Contaminants
