High-performance Irathane sheet and Irathane castings are formulated

and impact – Irathane sheets outwear mild steel 10 to 1.

extend mean running time as well as reduce noise levels.
- High slip surface superior
release properties. – Minimize material hang-ups, bridging
problems and maintenance downtime.
- Excellent resistance to many
chemicals. – Limits rust and corrosion.
- Available in three different
compounds. – 70, 82 and 90 durometers. We will help select the
compound required to meet your specific application, whether wet, dry,
impact or sliding.
Standard sizes available: (4’ x 8’), (4’ x 10’), (5’ x 8’), (5’ x 10’). Custom shapes are available. Custom cast shapes can reduce
labor, waste, and installation time.
Thicknesses available: 1/8th inch to 1 inch. – Thickness custom
sizes to 2 inches.
Backing material: Plain, Expanded Metal, Full Metal, and Weld Plate.
