IRAPAIR 255

IRAPAIR 255 is an outstanding general-purpose two-component trowel grade urethane compound.

IRAPAIR 255 can be easily trowelled to thicknesses of one inch on a vertical surface without sagging.  Because it is a polyether base, IRAPAIR 255 is excellent for use as a protective lining against abrasion, heat, and humidity or moderate concentrations of mineral acid or alkalines.

IRAPAIR 255 has been successfully used as a grouting material to seal and protect joints in tanks and slurry pipelines and as a high-build lining in areas of concentrated impact and abrasion.

IRAPAIR KIT

To facilitate and expedite field and in-plant repair of equipment and surfaces, Irathane provides the IRAPAIR KIT.  The IRAPAIR KIT contains all materials and tools for making fast, durable repairs on such items as conveyor belts, pump liners, or any rubber, metal or urethane surface.

The IRAPAIR KIT features IRAPAIR FASTFIX, the high performance urethane compound which readily cures at room temperatues thus retaining repaired equipment to service in 4 to 6 hours.
