protective coatings for manufacturing equipment. Specifically, we
produce and prepare all types of elastomeric linings, including shop
lining of tanks, pipes, fittings, pulleys, and agitator blades. Service and quality has helped us sustain a strong presence in the aerospace, defense, mining, power, chemical, and agricultural industries. The effectiveness of coating materials depends on both the quality of the products used and the skill level of the installers. and attention to detail. Our press people have over 20 years of experience in molding rubber
parts and solving molding problems. Typical rubbers that we use for
molding is gum, natural rubber, neoprene, chlorobutyl, nitrile, EPDM,
vitron and silicone. The parts that we mold range from covered bolts to
military parts. Typical parts include pump parts, pinch tubes, intake
joints, mill seals, wear plates, vibration brackets and rubber and
urethane rollers.
