Since 1968, Irathane/Elliott of Ontario Canada has been one of the leaders in establishing Quality Engineered Solutions for abrasive and corrosive problems in a variety of industries, be it mining, milling, aggregate, foundry or pulp and paper.

Our core business consists of four primary manufacturing divisions:

• Rubber-linings
• Sprayable coatings and linings
• Custom engineered compounds and products

Irathane/Elliott Polyurethane ”Irathane” is a unique formulation of proprietary resins MDI (methylene bis-phenyl diisocyanate), which exhibit superior physical characteristics compared to traditional TDI (toluene diisocyanate) formulations. Irathane polyurethanes are specially blended to suit your requirement and are processed in state-of-the-art processing equipment to ensure the highest quality.

In our engineering we not only utilize our own in-house capabilities, but those of our sister plants in Hibbing, Minnesota and Salt Lake City, Utah with a team of Engineering Associates.

Irathane/Elliott operation is certified by QMI to an ISO 9002 quality assurance program.
